We just installed Headway Themes a couple days ago and have been struggling to figure out a couple things.

I wrote in my questions to this website and Paul Coughlin immediately responded and within a couple of emails back and forth, we had our site map in and our headline moved where we wanted it!

I just installed Headway a few days ago and I've found Headway Tips to be an invaluable resource. Paul has thorough how-to tips and has offered quick and helpful one on one support.

If you're getting started with Headway this is the place to be.

I contacted Paul to help me port my traditional website over to a Headway WordPress theme site to make editing and updating that static website easier.

Paul was quick in his responses and turnaround time and his work was superb!
